San Fernando Hospital Clinic begins the construction project of its new operating rooms and hospital services.
San Fernando Hospital Clinic held the ceremony to place the “"First stone of its project to build its new operating rooms, and the expansion of various areas of hospital and outpatient services." The event was attended by members of the Board of Directors, suppliers, Doctors and company staff and the first shovel was carried out by Dr. Diego de la Guardia, President of the Board of Directors, who together with the Head of the operating room, Dr. Guillermo McLeod, began the work in a symbolic way.
The Panamanian company Construlab, will carry out the construction of the new building, with an investment value of around 20 million dollars, scheduled to open in 2025. The new structure will consist of 3 levels, which will house completely renovated areas such as:
- Operating rooms
- Preparation/recovery room
- Delivery/delivery room
- Monitoring room
