To comply with what is described, you must present your personal identification card or passport and complete the information requested by the admission executive. Once the data capture is complete, it is important that you verify that the data recorded is correct, because it will be the ones that will be included in an identification bracelet that we require you to keep worn throughout the hospitalization.
