All information prepared in the file reaches the Clinical Records department where it is organized and stored electronically. Said information contained in the file is available to the treating doctors, always respecting its confidentiality in accordance with the rights specified by law 68.
We also offer the online Birth Registry with the Electoral Tribunal, making it easier for parents of newborns to obtain the Birth Certification of their babies without having to go to the Electoral Tribunal offices.
